Less than 2 WEEKS AWAY!
We are less than 2 weeks away from our biggest night of the year! This is, of course, a fundraiser, but it is also a celebration!
We have chosen to always host this event around All Souls Day. This year, we are so excited that our event falls on All Saints Day!
We will be celebrating the successes of our last year, and we will be celebrating and remembering all of those who have passed away this last year.
We will also be making preparations for the year ahead, and we are overjoyed for all of the new attendees who will be learning about our mission for the first time and joining us as we unite to build the Kingdom of Heaven!

NEW DETAILS
A Paddle Raise!
We will be adding this fun element to the night!
Participants will raise their paddle to supply the costs for the following needs:
Volunteer Recognition
We will be recognizing our volunteers who have been with us for 3 years, 2 years and those we call our 'regular volunteers' who serve on a weekly basis. We will also be presenting a very special award: St. Joseph the Worker Award.
SPACE IS LIMITED
We have a few tables remaining. If you are planning to attend and have not signed up, it's best to do so soon. If you believe that you have registered a table or reserved a seat and you have not received an email confirmation, then chances are you have not done so.
The only thing that costs is the Patron Party, and we have quite a few tickets left.
DETAILS ABOUT THE PATRON PARTY
The Patron Party came to fruition as our guest list continued to grow larger each year. We never want to miss out on the intimate conversations that center around the dignity of life and our call to subsidiarity. This will always remain at the forefront of our mission and it's important to us that we are able to engage in more meaningful conversation with those that have questions, or need an opportunity to talk. The patron party will provide this opportunity.
The Patron Party begins prior to the fundraising event. We will open the doors to our Patrons at 5pm. We will be providing hors d'oeuvres, a bourbon tasting (sponsored by Athens), a meet and greet with our key note speaker, Fr. Mark Simpson, music entertainment provided by the gifted cellist, Kirsten Greer, and more! Our guests will also receive a signature whiskey glass.
*We regretfully share that access to the loft area where the Patron Party is being held is not handicap accessible.

SILENT AUCTION
The silent auction is really taking shape and we have had some incredible and unique donations. Bidding will begin for our Patrons during the Patron Party!
Our Silent Auction is paper & pen style! The Auction will close at exactly 9pm!!
If you would still like to donate something, please complete this form and Sarah will contact you about picking up your item.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE FUNDRAISER
From a spiritual perspective, prepare to witness some incredibly inspiring work happening in our community - come ready to have your heart opened up in a way that may be unexpected and initiate a desire to join the team in serving the Lord through the dying.
From a practical perspective, first, we want you to be comfortable. The attire is smart casual, which is an interesting way of saying 'Church attire.' It basically means:
- Guys: jeans with a jacket or polo, or dress slacks and a button down shirt.
- Ladies: a casual dress or pants with a nice top.
Whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to engage in the evening we have prepared for you!
As you arrive you will sign in at the entrance table and receive your program and table number. You can grab a drink from the bar, start bidding at the silent auction, and mix and mingle with other guests. Dinner will be served after 7pm and shortly after our program will begin.
None of this could happen without our volunteer crew! If you are interested in helping with the fundraiser, click here.
The fundraiser is a free event. We ask all who plan to attend to make a reservation. Our events are widely attended and we can only host a certain number of guests. We also have to provide our caterer (St. Charles Catering) with a number of attendees, as well as our alcohol donor (Athens Distributing).
