Under one condition: They must be allowed to act like children!
Some of our residents become overwhelmed and anxious with large groups or lots of running and crying (children). We do not exclude large groups or young children, however, we ask that you check with the caregiver on arrival to see which residents prefer a calm environment. Our caregivers do a tremendous job at guiding our volunteers in the best ways they can serve at the house.
We are always looking for skilled people to help lighten our load: development, gardening, deep cleaning, organizing, tech, and of course… we love our musicians!
The 24/7 care we provide is made possible through the generosity of our donors!
$1388/day = 1 day of 24/7 care + room and board for 6 residents
$6944 = Occupancy for 1 resident for 1 month
